Should any discrepancies arise between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Cancellation and Modifications

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle use:
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials or substances is not allowed. The vehicle must not be sub-leased or operated by unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle must be used in accordance with its intended purpose, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Travel outside designated geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Restrictions
